I focus on owner-led businesses because the need is clearest there. The founder sees the operational mess every day and knows which workflows take too much time. They need someone who can turn that into a working system — quickly, without the overhead of a large engagement.

Private AI means your data stays within systems you control and sensitive operations aren't routed through shared consumer tools. If a workflow shouldn't be replaced with AI, I'll tell you.
